30-Day Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
- We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Return conditions
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items damaged by misuse cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos, and we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to show the refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Bundle orders
If you bought more than one piece with bundle pricing, your refund is based on the amount you actually paid for the pieces you return.
